Disgraced ex-president Donald Trump is almost assuredly going to lose his cool in a matter of moments once he hears what House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s office had to say about him today.

In a statement released by the House Speaker’s office today, Pelosi brutally mocked the former president as a “twice-impeached Florida retiree.”

“Twice-impeached Florida retiree – and de facto leader of the Republican Party – Donald Trump,” the statement from Pelosi’s office reads.

The California Democratic House Speaker goes on to lambast Donald Trump for “disrespecting the Capitol Police and other law enforcement officers” when he publicly defended the rioters who violently attacked our nation’s Capitol on that fateful day in January, ripping the very seams of this country’s democracy.

Just yesterday, Donald Trump publicly stated in his press conference that the events that took place on January 6th were “unfortunate” but that he thinks the Capitol riot suspects “are being treated unbelievably unfairly.”

Pelosi’s office said that Trump is “decrying how rioters ‘are being treated unbelievably unfairly’ now that they are facing legal consequences for their actions.” So far, around 550 people have been arrested in connection to the Capitol attack perpetrated by Donald Trump’s most devoted supporters.

The former president also used the press conference as an opportunity to publicly call out the unidentified police officer who shot and killed rioter Ashli Babbitt when she was attempting to climb through a window in the House as Congressmembers were being evacuated from the building for safety.

“But the person that shot Ashli Babbitt, boom, right through the head, just boom, there was no reason for that. And why isn’t that person being opened up, and why isn’t that being studied? They’ve already written it off. They said that case is closed,” Trump complained during his Big Tech press conference.

Back in April, the Department of Justice announced that they will not be pursuing charges against the officer involved in Babbitt’s death, citing “insufficient evidence to support a criminal prosecution.”

The House of Representatives voted to impeach Donald Trump for a second time over his involvement in the Capitol riot, after previously impeaching him for his Ukraine extortion scheme. Since departing the White House in a cloud of shame, Donald Trump has taken up residence at his Florida Mar-a-Lago resort.
