Trump Reportedly Just Suffered Third Fail In Three Days In His Desperate Race Against Time To Keep Jan. 6th Riot Records Hidden

It just keeps getting worse and worse for Donald.

Over this past week, we’ve released numerous reports covering ex-President Donald Trump’s multiple court losses in regard to the House select committee’s investigation into the January 6th Capitol riot. Over the course of just a few days, federal Judge Tanya Chutkan has delivered many a blow to the disgraced former guy.

Trump and his team of attorneys have been desperate to stop the National Archives from handing over documents pertaining to the violent January 6th insurrection at the nation’s Capitol. However, Chutkan has made it strikingly clear that Trump’s likely not going to get his way for once in his life. The federal judge wasted no time in telling Trump and his team that there is “only one executive” that is entitled to the executive privilege the ex-president and his team are trying to claim — and it’s not Donald Trump.

Closely following her reminder of how executive privilege works, Chutkan brutally shut down an overnight “emergency” request to block the National Archives from turning over the documents requested by the House select committee.

And now it seems that Trump and his team of legal nitwits are not suffering their third brutal loss in this particular case, in just as many days, as the honorable Judge Chutkan made it crystal clear that she would not be offering the one-term, twice-impeached ex-president any help in his desperate attempts to buy a little more time in his efforts to keep those records hidden — instead directing him to an appeals court to try to carry through his desperate request, according to a new report from CNN.

Judge Chutkan’s newest decision comes just a mere day after she made her last brutal ruling against Donald Trump. Chutkan stated that Trump cannot “do an end run around” the decisions that she has made in the case, in an effort to win by forcing a delay, simply because he keeps appealing.

Judge Chutkan has stood strong by her decisions throughout the entire historic case against Trump and has consistently maintained that the documents should be turned over to the House select committee.

As it stands, the National Archives is set to release the requested documents to the House committee that is currently investigating the January 6th insurrection, leaving Trump and his team in a desperate scramble against time. This newest court loss will force the ex-president to seek emergency help from an appeals court if he intends to keep the documents secret as he continues to file relentless appeals.
