Trump Supporter Calls For Congress To Subpoena Dr. Fauci’s Phone, Accuses Him Of Being In Contact With Hillary Clinton

They'll all be fitted for tinfoil hats soon.

Amid the coronavirus pandemic that’s sweeping through the United States at an alarming rate, the conspiracy theories coming from the MAGA clan are only getting worse and worse.

Trump and several of his GOP cronies have attempted to downplay the severity of the virus since day one, pretty much only doing the bare minimum at each “checkpoint” throughout this entire ordeal, continually teasing at defying the strict guidelines of entities such as the CDC and W.H.O.

Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases since 1984, has made a point to get in the way of their efforts at every chance he gets.

While Trump hasn’t had the guts to publicly shit-talk the good doctor yet, it’s become increasingly clear that Donald doesn’t have much love for the doctor that continually fact checks him in real-time at all of these circus shows they’re attempting to pass off as Coronavirus Task Force briefings — from the time frame expected for a vaccine against the virus to malaria medications not yet approved by the FDA that the president continues to try to tout as a COVID-19 cure.

As a result of Donald’s lack of respect for Dr. Fauci, it’s pretty unsurprising that his supporters are following suit. However, I don’t know that we were quite prepared for them to get this batshit crazy.

Vocal Trump supporter and host of YourVoice America, Bill Mitchell, recently took to his Twitter account with a conspiracy theory for the ages involving Dr. Fauci and one of the Republicans’ favorite targets, Hillary Clinton — calling on Congress to subpoena Fauci’s phone to determine the number of times he’s spoken with the former first lady and 2016 Democratic presidential candidate over the course of the past two months.

“Congress should subpoena Dr. Doom Fauci’s phone records and see how many times he has called Hillary in the past 60 days,” Mitchell’s hair-brained tweet reads.

Of course, this is far from the first time that Mitchell has aired his grievances about Fauci on his social media page. However, it seems that Kool-Aid all these folks are downing by the gallons is starting to go sour. Because these theories are bordering on manic episodes at this point.
