Perhaps stable genius Donald Trump isn’t aware there are fifty states in this country because, at last night’s rally in Louisiana, the former reality show star told voters in the southern state they were “doing fine” on economic development despite being the worst-ranked state in the U.S. for the metric.

“Look, the whole country’s doing great. We’re having a great, great surge like we’ve never had in the history. Our country is the strongest it’s ever been… but you’re ranked 50 in economic development.” he said. “So you’re doing fine but you’re not doing like you should be doing.”

Twitter users were quick to chime in.

Trump also failed to mention the Santa Clarita school shooting at his math-challenged rally, but he did talk about protecting Second Amendment rights. On the same day that Trump’s border patrol chief admitted that zero miles of the “president’s” wall has been built, Trump told the crowd, “we are building the wall faster than anybody thought possible.” Trump referred to the Democratic governor of Louisiana as “pro-abortion” even though the opposite is true. And that’s the shortlist of the lies Trump told last night to his MAGA cult following.
