No matter how much the Trump administration tries to deny it, President-elect Joe Biden defeated the current occupant of the White House, and frankly, the president’s disregard of basic math while throwing in debunked conspiracy theories is embarrassing. Major networks have projected Biden as the winner, and David Wasserman of the nonpartisan Cook Report called it on Twitter, writing, “I’ve seen enough. We’re at a Biden 306-232 Electoral vote margin entering any recounts, and I’ve never seen a recount overturn leads of the magnitude Biden enjoys in AZ/GA/WI.
It is done. It’s over, but the president refuses to concede, and now, Trump trade adviser Peter Navarro during an interview on Fox Business Friday, seemed to be a bit confused, too.
“We are moving forward here at the White House under the assumption that there will be a second Trump term… We think he won that election, and any speculation about what Joe Biden might do, I think is moot at this point,” Trump’s math-challenged economic adviser said.
White House Trade Adviser Peter Navarro: “We’re moving forward here at the White House under the assumption that there will be a second Trump term … We have, what appears in some sense to be, an immaculate deception.”

Navarro’s bizarre claim flies in the face of reality. He’s also joining Trump in putting our country at a national security risk with President-elect Joe Biden still not receiving his daily intelligence reports because the president refuses to concede in an election he clearly lost. And this administration and most Republicans are doing all of this to appease a malignant narcissist’s unquenchable thirst to prove he’s right — when he is not right.
A narcissist’s public failure can be traumatic to everyone around him. And if our narcissistic president refuses to admit failure, the authorities should wave a hamburger outside of his bunker to lure him out, then admit him straight into a psych ward. Because none of this is normal, and the American people are suffering enough while dealing with multiple national crises.
