In a statement tweeted out by his spokesperson Liz Harrington to circumvent his ban on the behemoth social site for inciting the deadly Jan. 6 insurrection, former President Donald Trump, who wanted his rival, Hillary Clinton, locked up, lashed out, saying that “All the Democrats want to do is put people in jail.” In 1989, Trump placed newspaper ads calling for the death penalty for the Central Park Five, a group of Black and Latino teenagers who had been wrongly convicted of an assault on a white female jogger in Central Park. It’s always projection with this guy.
Trump is bent out of shape as the committee investigating the Capitol attack has been subpoenaing his allies. The twice-impeached one-term President sounds scared, and he should be. He’s never been held accountable for any of his misdeeds, but he might not be able to escape the consequences for his actions on Jan. 6.
They [Democrats] are vicious, violent, and Radical Left thugs,” he continued. “They are destroying people’s lives, which is the only thing they are good at. They couldn’t get out of Afghanistan without disgracing our Country. The economy and inflation are a disaster. They’re letting thugs and murderers into our Country—their DA’s, AG’s, and Dem Law Enforcement are out of control.”
“This is what happens in communist countries and dictatorships, and they don’t think they’ll be held accountable for rigging the 2020 Presidential Election,” he added. “The Jan. 6 Unselect Committee is a coverup for what took place on Nov. 3, and the people of our Country won’t stand for it.”

Everything Trump wrote in his statement isn’t correct. The economy is doing better under President Joe Biden than during the previous administration. The C in country doesn’t need to be capitalized. Stop trying to make that a thing. Trump supporters were “vicious, violent, and radical” on the day of the insurrection, not the Democrats. Trump did not win the election. It wasn’t rigged. He just sucked at his job and danced to YMCA while Americans were dying. We haven’t “disgraced our country.” You did that, Donald. It’s all you.
