Ever since the release of Attorney General Barr’s summary of the Mueller report, Donald Trump has been shouting from the rooftops that he is “exonerated.” Nevermind the fact that both Mueller’s report as well as Barr’s summary both stated that Special Counsel Mueller was not able to exonerate POTUS on charges of obstruction of justice. But, whatever, right? Trump is well known to be the king of selective hearing.
But now that Trump feels like he’s been vindicated, he is dead set on punishing his enemies and anyone else who has criticized him — which, let’s be honest, is a long list.
Within an hour of hearing the news, Trump painted himself as a victim and began calling for investigations of all his critics. The Washington Post reported that “Aides say Trump plans to … call for organizations to fire members of the media and former government officials who he believes made false accusations about him.” As if he’d ever catch them all. But Trump didn’t stop there.
This afternoon he continued to play the part of the wounded soul by using his Oval Office appearance with the Israeli Prime Minister to threaten the “evil people” that investigated him. During the meeting, Trump stated, “There are a lot of people out there that have done some very, very evil things, very bad things, I would say treasonous things, against our country.”

He continued his tirade saying, “I have been looking at them for a long time and I’m saying, ‘why haven’t they been looked at? They lied to Congress. Many of them, you know who they are. They’ve done so many evil things.”
The very same president that’s on his third wife and is neck deep in hush money to porn stars ended his speech with, “I love this country as much as I can love anything, my family, my country, my God. What they did, it was a false narrative, it was a terrible thing.”
As expected, Trump was given an inch and he’s running a mile — calling for jail cells to be filled with not criminals but people that said mean things about him.
