According to a new report from Buzzfeed News, the United States’ biggest world ally is far from impressed with Donald Trump’s less-than-satisfactory response to the coronavirus outbreak.
After speaking with an official within the United Kingdom government, Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s team has found themselves in a state of “genuine disbelief” at how badly Trump has handled this whole ordeal and officials have been reacting with “incredulity” to Donald’s near-constant attempts to downplay the severity of the virus and the outbreak.
“There is a general level of incredulity over his comments but especially over the lack of testing,” one UK official told Buzzfeed News.
The official went on to state that people inside the UK government “are used to the steady stream of tweets, but the last few days have caused more than the usual eye-rolling. There is genuine disbelief.”

It’s no secret that Trump’s response to the coronavirus outbreak that’s literally taking the lives of thousands at this point has been less than ideal, and that’s an understatement.
Donald has repeatedly attempted to downplay the severity of the entire ordeal in an attempt to hang tight to whatever chance at reelection he may still have left. Up until recently, he has refused to open a pathway for legitimate, widespread testing despite the fact that it’s already been recommended by several entities to stop the spread of the novel virus — in an effort to keep the country’s numbers to a minimum and prevent yet another stock market plummet.
He’s even gone so far as to put his immaturity on display for all the world to see by taking to his Twitter account and using the deadly virus to attack his Democratic political opponents.
Honestly, it’s really no wonder that the rest of the world is side-eyeing the hell out of him right now.
You honestly don’t think you’ll ever see this level of stupidity until you just do.
