Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) sure has changed a lot since 2016, and it’s almost as if he’s suffering from Stockholm Syndrome and perhaps, just maybe, he’s compromised. A video has resurfaced of the South Carolina Republican who flip-flopped from being a staunch Trump critic to one of his biggest defenders. Graham can be heard in the video expressing his deep admiration for former Vice President Joe Biden, who now seems to be his target so that he can cover for his corrupt “president.” Graham sent Secretary of State Mike Pompeo a letter Thursday to demand documents on the debunked theory trying to link Joe Biden and his son to corruption in Ukraine.
The video speaks volumes of Graham’s hypocrisy.
“If you can’t admire Joe Biden as a person there’s probably—you got a problem and you need to do some self-evaluation because what’s not to like?” a choked-up Graham said only three years ago.
Graham then spoke of Joe Biden’s loss of his son, Beau Biden, who died of brain cancer. “I called him after Beau died and he basically said, well, Beau was my soul. We talked for a long time,” Graham said.

“He came to my ceremony and said some of the most incredibly heartfelt things that anybody could ever say to me,” he continued. “And he’s the nicest person I think I’ve ever met in politics. He is as good a man as God ever created.”
“I think he’s been dealt a really gut blow. I think he focuses on what he’s got to do not what he lost,” he said. “His heart’s been ripped out but he’s going to make sure that the other members of his family are well taken care of and he started talking about his grandkids, more worried about them than anything.”

On January 16, 1999, Bill Clinton was facing impeachment and Lindsey let the world know that it’s important that the former president’s conduct in office is “clearly out of bounds” and that he should lose his job.
“You don’t even have to be convicted of a crime to lose your job in this constitutional republic if this body determines that your conduct as a public official is clearly out of bounds in your role,” Graham said at the time. “Impeachment is not about punishment. Impeachment is about cleansing the office. Impeachment is about restoring honor and integrity to the office.”
And now it’s 2019 and Graham is defending a pussy-grabbing grifter whose character is far beneath holding the highest office in the land.
There are a lot of things we could say about Lindsey but we’re sure the late Sen. John McCain is facepalming somewhere in the afterlife over his friend’s betrayal to the U.S. Now, what could have changed Lindsey so much?
