White House Official Quickly Deletes Snarky Tweet About Reporters After It Doesn’t Go Down Well With Social Media Users: “With Almost 60,000 People Dead In The US, That Definitely Seems Like The Right Priority”

What a soulless git.

Alyssa Alexandra Farah serves as White House Director of Strategic Communications and somehow thought tweeting about keeping reporters “on their toes” while including a wink emoji was a good idea after more than fifty-six thousand Americans have died from the coronavirus pandemic. That’s a pretty soulless thing to tweet for the Pentagon press secretary, who is apparently devoid of any empathy or compassion. It’s par for the course with this administration, though.

I screen captured the tweet because I assumed she would eventually delete it, and as it happens, others took screenshots, too. Farah replaced her tweet with a lie to tout testing in the US for COVID-19, but she doesn’t understand the words “per capita,” apparently.

Twitter users were not amused.

As for Farah’s replacement tweet, she got schooled by the Internet.

Five million tests don’t even come close to the twenty-seven million COVID-19 tests the White House promised would be administered by the end of March. Farah is about thirty-one years old, by the way. And Donald Trump is 73-years-old going on 13. Farah is a good fit for this disgusting administration. It’s a shame she will have a huge blemish on her record after tying herself to the most corrupt administration in history. Congrats, girl.
