Melania’s Ex-Best Friend Suggested The Trump Marriage Is In Serious Trouble, Pointed To “Donald’s Lack Of ‘Chivalry’ Towards Melania” As “Quite A ‘Tell'”

It seems Trump's marriage is cracking.

The Trump marriage has been the heart of more online speculations and theories than we can even keep track of at this point.

To be entirely frank, the two just don’t seem to like each other that much.

Over the years, we’ve all witnessed the snubbed kisses and hand-holds, the separate cars, the resoundingly obvious lack of his wife at basically any of Donald’s public events, Melania’s resounding lack of public support for her husband’s 2024 presidential run, the rumors of separate rooms in separate quarters of their homes, and the whispers that Melania just really wants to be “done” with it all.

However, even as the pair failed to put on the public image of a truly happy and healthy marriage, there was always at least an air of basic decency and respect between the two. That is… Until now, it seems.

Melania’s own former best friend and White House aide, Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, recently took to X (formerly known as Twitter) and pointed to what she believes is a serious shift in Donald Trump’s behavior toward his wife, before suggesting that she believes this is a good indicator that their marriage is in serious trouble.

Wolkoff, author of the bombshell Melania and Me tell-all on the former first lady, noted that “Perception is everything to the Trump Family,” adding that “Donald’s lack of ‘chivalry’ towards Melania is quite a ‘tell.'”

“Chivalry for Donald was waiting for Melania to go first & ensuring she walked by his side,” the former close insider explained. “He’s been doing neither recently.”

“Take a look,” Winston Wolkoff added with the eyeball emoji, captioning a short compilation of video clips, in which Trump paid less than no attention to his wife:

Melania has, of course, trashed her former close friend and aide as an “opportunist,” in the wake of her tell-all book, claiming that Wolkoff was  “someone who clung to me after my husband won the Presidency,” according to reporting from the New York Post.

“This is a woman who secretly recorded our phone calls, releasing portions from me that were out of context, then wrote a book of idle gossip trying to distort my character,” the now ex-First Lady said of her former best friend at the time of the release of Melania and Me.

However, Winston Wolkoff, while critical of her old bosses and friends, really hasn’t presented herself as an opportunist at all. In fact, Stephanie actually jumped to her former best friend’s defense recently after a firestorm of media speculation surrounding Melania’s absence from her husband’s Super Tuesday victory party.

“Melania Trump was NOT at Donald’s victory party because she did NOT have to be,” Wolkoff wrote on X. “His supporters do NOT care if she is by his side or NOT, so now she does NOT have to be. NOThing more, NOThing less.”

Seems to me that she’s just telling the truth, no matter the circumstances.
