To be fair, Donald Trump is going through a lot right now. The big guy is neck-deep in his infamous Manhattan Stormy Daniels Hush Money trial, where he faces a staggering 34 felony charges of falsifying business records with a jury decision expected basically any moment now. And, of course, if the Hush Money fiasco doesn’t land him behind bars, the other two massive criminal cases being spearheaded against him by Special Counsel Jack Smith and the US Department of Justice — including the January 6th/2020 elections crimes case and the notorious Mar-a-Lago stolen documents case — may just do it, considering he’s facing charges that include violations of the Espionage Act and literal insurrection.
And all of the above isn’t even bringing Fani Willis into play.
Frankly, it’s enough to make even the healthiest, cleanest of eaters turn to a pint of Ben & Jerry’s, ya know?
But it seems Donnie has foregone the ice cream and opted for chips, candies, and his good ole reliable Diet Cokes as he almost assuredly impatiently awaits a verdict from the jury that is, as we speak, deliberating over whether or not he will soon be a certified felon.
The popular social media account, Patriot Takes, took to X (formerly known as Twitter) with a new photo of the former president in what appears to be a waiting area inside the Manhattan courthouse where he’s on trial. In the photo, Donald is sitting at a table, surrounded by Lays potato chips, MilkDuds and Whoppers candies, and a trusty bottle of Diet Coke:
