The White House this week released a “memorandum from the White House physician,” sharing the results of the president’s latest physical. As usual, with Donald Trump, the physical report was full of over-the-top praise for the president’s physical condition.
While this report consisted of more detail than some Trump physicals of the past, some made fun of just how effusive the praise was.
“President Trump exhibits excellent cognitive and physical health and is fully fit to execute the duties of the Commander-in-Chief and Health of State,” the report concluded, while also referencing the president’s “frequent victories at golf.”
It also listed Trump’s measurements, stating that the president weighs 224 pounds and is 75 inches tall.
However, one TikTok user said they asked ChatGPT to run Trump’s physical, and it spit out an image of a very muscular man who looks nothing like the president:

A subsequent post by the same user showed ChatGPT being given the words of the physical report, and the bot responding that Trump’s measurements “creates a bit of a biological paradox: A sedentary 78-year-old man with average age-related muscle loss and 4.8% body fat is virtually impossible.”

Does this prove anything? Not quite. It could show that ChatGPT is wrong, or imperfect. Alternatively, it could suggest that the White House is not being honest about Trump’s numbers and physical condition. Ironically, the Trump Administration reportedly used ChatGPT to design its tariffs, although they didn’t use it properly.
At any rate, there has been considerable mockery of Trump’s listed measurements, including pointing to various professional athletes and other well-known individuals who have the same measurements but look significantly different from the president. Including the famously ripped NFL star D.K. Metcalf, or the actor who plays Jack Reacher:
