President Donald Trump appeared furious as he boarded Air Force One this week, and once again, cameras caught him swearing about the people around him. The outburst happened on his way to the NATO summit in The Hague. A professional lip reader says Trump dropped the f-bomb and called people around him “idiots” as he made his way to the plane.

Nicola Hickling, a well-known lip reader, told reporters that Trump appeared tense and angry. In a video clip, the president can be seen walking with a female officer. According to Hickling, he muttered, “They’re f—— idiots.” She said the moment was full of frustration, adding that he also said, “I am so mad, freaking idiots,” before dismissively swatting the air. His body language made it clear he was done dealing with the press.

She said Trump then walked up the steps of the plane and delivered one final comment: “I want to be alone.” Hickling described his tone as cold and his movements as sharp. It is not clear who Trump was referring to in his comments. It could have been the media, NATO leaders, or critics in his administration.

This is not the first time Trump has been caught using vulgar language in public. Just before leaving the White House, Trump was also heard cursing during a comment about the ongoing conflict between Iran and Israel. “We basically have two countries that have been fighting so long and so hard that they don’t know what the f— they’re doing,” he said. That quote quickly went viral and added to the growing concerns about his behavior and mood.

At the summit, Trump met with several world leaders, including those he has openly criticized in the past. But while he tried to focus on diplomacy, a separate video captured leaders from Croatia, the Netherlands, and NATO appearing to mock the US president. Lip reader Nicola Hickling reviewed their conversation and said Croatian President Zoran Milanovic referred to Trump as a “tosser.” The leaders reportedly questioned Trump’s intentions and expressed concern about his behavior.

Milanovic allegedly said, “This is the Prime Minister of the USA. What a tosser. He wants to meet in France and speak there.” Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schoof responded, “Are you mad?” to which Milanovic shrugged and said, “Obviously it affects the world, doesn’t it?” NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte added, “Yes, it does.”

While Trump pushed his foreign policy goals, the tension around him was hard to ignore. His comments about world leaders, use of profanity, and visible frustration on camera only made things worse. This kind of behavior is widely seen as embarrassing and is believed to harm America’s image while straining relationships with key allies.
