Unhinged Trump Explodes In Vengeful Tirade: ‘They Must Pay!’

Donald Trump says Barack Obama led a coup against him after the 2016 election.

On Truth Social, Trump repeated the claim over and over. He called it the “crime of the century” and said the people involved “must pay.” He also said the Russia investigation was a complete hoax.

“The Russia, Russia, Russia HOAX is now TOTALLY UNDISPUTED,” Trump posted. “The facts are all there, in black and white. The perpetrators of this crime must pay a big price. This can never be allowed to happen in our country again.”

He shared a video from The Daily Signal showing Victor Davis Hanson accusing Obama’s intelligence officials of trying to destroy Trump. Trump added, “They must pay for the crime of the century.”

The attack followed a new claim by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard. She said Obama and top security officials created the Russia story to stop Trump from taking office. She called it a “treasonous conspiracy” and said it was the start of a “years long coup.”

But the facts tell a different story.

In 2017, U.S. intelligence said Russia ran a campaign to help Trump win. They never said votes were changed. In 2020, the Senate Intelligence Committee — with support from both parties — confirmed the same thing. The report was backed by Marco Rubio, who is now Trump’s Secretary of State.

Obama’s office responded to Gabbard. “Nothing in the document issued last week undercuts the widely accepted conclusion that Russia worked to influence the 2016 presidential election,” the statement said.

Still, Trump’s allies are cheering. Dan Scavino pointed to declassified papers that say Hillary Clinton may have approved a plan to connect Trump to Putin. But that claim may have come from Russian spies, not from U.S. intelligence.

While Trump pushed those claims, he also brought back his defense about Epstein.

Speaking to reporters on Air Force One, Trump said he ended his friendship with Epstein because Epstein “took people” who worked at Mar a Lago. “I say, don’t do it anymore. They work for me,” Trump said. “Once he did that, that was the end of him.”

One of those people was Virginia Giuffre, a woman who was trafficked by Epstein and died by suicide earlier this year.

For years, Trump had said the fight was about real estate. Now he says it was about Epstein stealing young workers. The change has many people asking more questions.
