President Trump has carried out numerous deportations and has plans to do a lot more. There’s a new petition that calls for his wife and son to be part of the next group.

A petition has been posted to Moveon.org, calling to “Deport Melania, Melania’s parents, and Baron [sic] in the first round of deportations!

“Since Trump wants to deport naturalized citizens, I believe it is only fair that Melania and her parents are on the first boat out,” the petition says. “In addition, Melania’s anchor baby, Baron, should be forced to leave as well because we know that his mother’s mother was born in a different country. That is part of the criteria that Trump is implementing. Your mother’s mother has to have been born in the United States, and we know Melania’s mother was born elsewhere.”

To be clear, as of early Monday, the petition had only 131 signatures, out of a goal of 200. Also, MoveOn posted a disclaimer at the top, making it clear that “MoveOn volunteers reviewed this petition and determined that it either may not reflect MoveOn members’ progressive values, or that MoveOn members may disagree about whether to support this petition. MoveOn will not promote the petition beyond hosting it on our site.”

Furthermore, the petition would appear highly unlikely to succeed, and not only because it spells Barron Trump’s first name incorrectly throughout. After all, the president is not going to deport his own wife, son, and in-laws. All of those people are U.S. citizens, including Barron, who was born in the United States.

Last week, Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) raised questions in a congressional hearing about whether anything improper occurred when Melania Trump entered the U.S. on what is known as an “Einstein visa” in the 1990s.

“You’re supposed to have some sort of significant achievement, like being awarded a Nobel Peace Prize or a Pulitzer, being an Olympic medalist, or having other sustained extraordinary abilities and success in sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics,” the Texas Congresswoman said of the First Lady. “Last time I checked, the first lady had none of those accolades under her belt.”
