Chaos Erupts As Trump Dodges Every Question Regarding Epstein And Staff Rushes Reporters Out

The audacity never ends.

On Wednesday, President Donald Trump faced questions he had no interest in answering.

Reporters pressed him about newly released emails from Jeffrey Epstein that mentioned him by name. Trump sat behind the Resolute Desk, signed a bill, flashed a quick grin, and said nothing. Within seconds, staffers ushered reporters out of the Oval Office. The silence was deafening.

The questions came after Democrats on the House Oversight Committee released a batch of emails between Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, and author Michael Wolff. The messages, written years before Epstein’s death, refer to Trump several times and include one line that immediately drew attention.

In a 2011 email to Maxwell, Epstein wrote:

“I want you to realize that that dog that has not barked is Trump. [Victim] spent hours at my house with him. He has never once been mentioned. Police chief etc. I am 75% there.”

Maxwell replied:

“I have been thinking about that…”

The phrase “the dog that has not barked” quickly went viral, with people wondering if Epstein was saying Trump knew more than he ever admitted.

The White House called the release a cheap political stunt.

Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said in a statement:

“The Democrats selectively leaked emails to the liberal media to create a fake story to smear President Trump. The unnamed victim referenced in these emails is the late Virginia Giuffre, who repeatedly said President Trump was not involved in any wrongdoing whatsoever and could not have been friendlier to her in their limited interactions.”

Leavitt added that Trump had banned Epstein from Mar a Lago “decades ago for being a creep to his female employees.”

The relationship between Trump and Epstein has always been a shadowy part of both men’s public lives. Old photos show them at parties together in New York and Florida. Trump has said he barely knew Epstein and had no involvement in his crimes.
