The president’s health is once again the talk of the internet.
During a White House event on Thursday, President Donald Trump was unveiling a deal with drugmakers to reduce the cost of obesity drugs. But when someone in the room suddenly collapsed, the moment quickly turned chaotic, and one image from that scene turned into a viral storm.
The photo showed Trump at his desk with his eyes closed, expression blank. Within minutes, it was all over X, with users insisting the president had fallen asleep mid-event.
The reaction was quick and ruthless. The guy who used to call Joe Biden “Sleepy Joe” was now getting called “Sleepy Don.”
“The guy who kept calling Joe Biden ‘Sleepy Joe’ was in another coma yesterday during his pharmaceutical meeting in the Oval Office,” one user wrote.

Political journalist Aaron Rupar shared a wider shot from the event, captioning it, “Photos of Trump sleeping through yesterday’s Oval Office event.” That only added fuel to the fire.

Trump naps through the consequences of his own chaos. His sleep schedule seems to have more consistency than his foreign policy.

Is that the Commander in sleep?
