Damning video footage of one of scandal-ridden ex-President Donald Trump’s has now been obtained and released by CBS News and shows the corrupt former leader of the free world invoking his Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination over and over and over again throughout the testimony — coming in at roughly 400 times from start to finish.

The video hails from Trump’s deposition that took place over the summer in the New York Attorney General Letitia James’ fraud investigation case against the former president, his family company, and some of his children.

In the clip, Trump seems to personally address his past remarks about pleading the Fifth Amendment, in which he claimed that even invoking the Fifth was incriminating for an individual and essentially meant that they were guilty of the crimes lodged against him, and attempted to explain away why it was different for him to do the same exact thing he has ridiculed others for in the past.

At the very beginning of the sworn deposition, the former president says, “Anyone in my position not taking the Fifth Amendment would be a fool, an absolute fool. I respectfully decline to answer the questions under the rights and privileges afforded to every citizen under the United States Constitution.”

Over and over again, Trump stated that he “respectfully declined” to answer questions posed to him by prosecutors in the case. Eventually, the former president began to simply say “same answer” to every question that was asked of him — serving as just another way for him to refuse to answer any questions.

CBS News actually took the time to take a count of all of the times the scandal-ridden, washed-up former president actually invoked his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination during the sworn deposition in the fraud case. According to their count, that total came out to roughly 400 times.
