Don Jr. And Girlfriend Kim Purchased A $9.7 Million Mansion Near Trump’s Mar-A-Lago Compound And Some Of Their Neighbors Were Reportedly Very Unhappy About It

Recently, we reported that Donald Trump Jr. and his girlfriend Kimberly Guilfoyle had sold their Hamptons pad for a staggering profit — a whopping $8.14 million after purchasing the digs for nearly half of that, $4.495 million to be exact, in 2019.

Now, according to a report from the Daily Mail, the couple has scooped up a new dwelling in the form of a $9.7 million that’s just around the corner from former President Donald Trump’s Florida Mar-a-Lago resort, where he’s been residing since departing the White House in January.

The Kim/Jr. move seems to be part of an exodus by the Trump family to move their roots from the New York/Washington area, down to Florida where they evidently expect to be a bit more accepted.

The report notes that their new home is an 11,000-square-foot mansion featuring six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, in the exclusive gated community of Admirals Cove, located in Jupiter, just 20 miles away from Donald’s Mar-a-Lago resort.

In addition to the hefty price tag on the home itself, the couple will be required to pay a membership fee of $195,000 to gain access to Admirals Cove’s marina, golf course, and tennis courts. The Admirals Cove serves as home to many notable names, but the report claims that some of the “ritzy residents” of the area aren’t exactly thrilled at the prospect of their new neighbors.

The Palm Beach Post reports that around 30 residents of the Admirals Cove have gotten in touch with general management to express their concerns over the incoming couple. Some have cited security concerns, others have expressed their opposition to the couple’s political ideologies, and one resident even reportedly called it a “nightmare” that Kim and Jr. would soon be moving into the community.

The price tag on the Trump/Guilfoyle’s new home may seem extremely steep, but it’s a drop in the bucket compared to the jaw-dropping $30 million Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump recently dropped on their “Billionaire Bunker” home in Florida — unsurprisingly enough, they weren’t exactly welcomed with open arms either.
