Don Jr. Gets Instantly Hit With Fact-Check Over Latest Claim About Dad

He walked right into it

The Wall Street Journal dropped some uncomfortable details this week. It claimed Trump sent Epstein a card with a message calling someone “an enigma.” The note also included doodles. Right away, Trump ran to Truth Social to deny everything. He said, “These are not my words, not the way I talk. Also, I don’t draw pictures.”

That was all he gave. Just “I don’t use that word” and “I don’t draw.” No proof. No real explanation.

But it didn’t end there. Trump’s son, Don Jr., jumped in to help. And just like always, he made it worse. “My father has a very specific way of speaking,” he posted on X. “The insanity written in the Wall Street Journal, AIN’T IT and everyone knows it. Also in 47 years I’ve never seen him doodle once.”

Big mistake.

Within minutes, online users started posting proof that Trump does doodle. A lot. Drawings from 2003, 2004, and 2005 started popping up. Sketches of the New York skyline. The Empire State Building. The George Washington Bridge. All signed by Donald Trump. One of them even sold for nearly $30,000.

So much for “never seen him doodle once.”

Then came the second problem. The word “enigma.” Trump said he doesn’t talk like that. But it turns out he’s used the word many times before. In his books. In interviews. Even in speeches.

Again—so much for “not the way I talk.”

Trump’s defense fell apart in record time. And his son just helped speed it up. The internet dragged Don Jr. for trying so hard and failing so fast.

But this isn’t just about some doodles or a weird birthday card. This is about Trump’s long friendship with Epstein—a man who was accused of horrific crimes. Trump once said, “I’ve known Jeff for fifteen years. Terrific guy. He likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side.”

That quote alone should haunt him.

Don Jr. wanted to shut the story down. He wanted people to laugh at the media. But he forgot something important: the internet never forgets. And when your defense is a lie, someone out there has the receipts.
