Look, things just aren’t going well for Donald Trump here lately.
Pretty much ever since he departed the White House in a cloud of shame and disgrace, life has been a downhill slide for the one-term, twice-impeached former guy. The moment President Biden took over, Trump’s days have been filled with little more than a never-ending onslaught of investigations and lawsuits from every conceivable angle — and apparently a little DJ’ing on the side.
As I said, we knew Trump’s life was pretty damn pathetic and getting worse by the day. But this was even worse than we expected.
Taking to her Twitter, well-known New York Times journalist Maggie Haberman posted a snapshot of a note that was allegedly sent to Mar-a-Lago club members earlier this week on the topic of Friday and Saturday night’s dinner plans — complete with a snippet advertising the fact that the ex-president himself would be assuming the “role of disk jockey” during the festivities.
The note, dated February 2nd, 2022, reads, “Great music will be played during dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings, with President Trump playing the role of disk jockey. The music will be amazing, it will be lots of fun, and will go until the late evening. For those who will be unable to be seated, the bar will be open for drinks. we look forward to seeing everyone again very soon!”

The note was signed at the end, “President Donald J. Trump.”

It seems to me that Trump’s “resort” has officially turned into a retirement home for rich white folk. I honestly don’t know how many rounds of The Villiage People and God Bless The USA a speaker can handle.
