Donald Trumpโs 2nd ex-wife and mother of his youngest daughter Tiffany has long been considered the โspurnedโ wife, especially when you consider the details surrounding the dissolution of their 6 year marriage.
However, with her ex-husband and baby daddy slated as the presumptive 2024 Republican nominee โ with what is stacking up to be a very real chance at returning to the White House โ it seems Marla Maples is shelving her contempt toward her daughterโs father and possibly even hoping to ride his coattails to the top.
Maples has been one of the quietest members of the Trump circle, infamously keeping to herself and out of the spotlight throughout her ex-husbandโs presidency and his subsequent, neverending mountain of scandals and legal troubles.

But, after nearly a decade of virtual silence, Donaldโs second wife has popped back onto the scene with a variety of truly horrifying, disturbing, and downright disgusting things to say.
In what appears to be her first interview in a whopping eight years, Maples โ who was publicly blamed for the demise of Donaldโs first marriage to Ivana Trump only to then reportedly be left for Trumpโs current wife Melania in the end โ spoke with the UKโs Evening Standard and said that not only does she no longer hold any animosity toward her ex-husband, sheโs willing to do anything she can to help him return to the White House for a second termโฆ Even if that means serving as his vice president.
โIโm ready. I am available if needed and Iโm not sitting back anymore,โ Maples said of her only daughterโs father and his 2024 presidential run. โI want to step out more, share more, and not be afraid of positive or negative outcomes that come from speaking outโฆ Itโs time I can really be more on point with what I may be called to do.โ
The interviewer ultimately asked Marla about the possibility of serving as her ex-husbandโs VP, to which she said, โSomeone would have to ask my ex-husband about that. Iโm open. Iโm open to whatever way that I can serve. Right now everyone [in the Trump family] is just seeing how we can help.โ
The publication noted that Marlaโs โsupport may come as a surprise to some; you could easily forgive Maples for hating her ex-husband.โ
But Maples said, โAnything from the past Iโve forgiven. That is a conversation that Donald and I have had: forgiving each other. Marriages are challenging, especially when you play them out in the media.โ
When it comes to her ex-husbandโs mountain of legal woes โ with particular interest in the civil lawsuit in which it was found that he sexually abused E. Jean Carroll โ Marla said she doesnโt believe any of it, because Donald never had trouble pulling women on his own.
โI do know my daughterโs father well enough to know that heโs never had to push himself on another person,โ Maples said. โHeโs always had women throw themselves on him instead. I donโt believe there was a crime done.โ
