A lot of people are talking about President Donald Trump’s pants.
At a couple of recent appearances, Trump has had a mysterious crease on the front of his pants, leading to some online speculation that he was wearing some catheter arrangement or possibly leg braces.

There has been no solid evidence that the president is wearing a mobile catheter or leg braces. Speculation about mysterious bulges and creases in the clothes of presidents doesn’t have an especially strong track record of being true, especially when it comes to conspiracy theories involving hidden earpieces during presidential debates.

Nevertheless, the speculation has continued:
Trump is absolutely wearing a Foley catheter.
It’s a tube inserted into the bladder to drain urine into a bag strapped to the leg.
That line down his pants? Not a crease. It’s tubing.

Trump appears to wearing leg braces and possibly a catheter. The weakness on his right side has been pretty evident for a number of years. Others have tied it to the recent moment of Trump slipping on the stairs as he got on Air Force One over the weekend, and an attempt to push a narrative that Trump is slipping physically:

The sorry dudes dragging left leg almost had him bail going up the steps of Air Force One.
The previous night showed what appeared to have him wearing a catheter.

This has happened before, with a different pair of Trump’s pants. At a rally in 2021, Trump’s pants looked so crumpled that there was speculation that he was wearing them backward. But this was not the case. Snopes investigated and determined that photos from the event “clearly show the former president on stage wearing pants with a zipper in the front.”
