Former close associate of Rudy Giuliani turned convicted criminal Lev Parnas promised that he would be rolling out his cache of receipts to expose the ex-president’s former personal lawyer and his lies about the Biden family — and he’s more than making good on that promise.
Parnas has long been asserting that Rudy Giuliani, the former New York City mayor and personal attorney to Donald J. Trump, was knowingly spreading misinformation and outright lies about Joe Biden and his family (most specifically, his son Hunter) despite knowing beyond a shadow of a doubt that he didn’t have the goods to back up his claims, because they didn’t exist. Nevertheless, Giuliani was on a warpath to try to help win the 2024 presidential election for his then-boss, leaving him downright careless regarding the validity of the claims he was making — and Lev Parnas has the receipts to prove it.
Parnas recently made national headlines in connection to his testimony before the US House of Representatives, in which he testified to Congress under oath that Rudy Giuliani knowingly spread information about Joe Biden, hailing directly from Russia, that Giuliani knew full and well was categorically untrue.
Since his congressional testimony, Parnas has opened the proverbial floodgates, releasing a windfall of proof to back up his claims on his X (formerly known as Twitter) account, including a positively damning video of Rudy Giuliani reportedly speaking with Ukrainian Prosecutor General Victor Shokin.

Parnas describes the newly-released video footage as “never before seen” and something that “Republicans don’t want you to see.”
In the footage, released just days after his testimony before the House, Parnas himself is seen at a table with Rudy Giuliani and another gentleman. Parnas is holding up a cell phone, on speakerphone, as Rudy speaks to the person on the other end of the line, purported to be Victor Shokin.
Rudy is heard saying into the phone: “I guess what I’m getting at is — I understand that. I understand why that’s wrong; is there any specific act that any of these people performed? Did they get a kickback? Did they get a bribe?”
Without flinching, Shokin pointedly responds, “No.”
Parnas, who is now on an apparent path to attempted redemption, has recently begun to come clean about his involvement in this scheme, and claims to have told the FBI back in 2019 that the anti-Biden informant acquired by the Republican Party was not to be trusted.
This newest video, according to Parnas, ties back to the origins of Giuliani’s public claims that Hunter Biden was embroiled in a sketchy monetary scheme with Ukrainian energy company Burisma, where he served on the board.
