A Pinellas County, Florida man found himself in a sticky situation that was a bit more than we’re betting he was bargaining for after he essentially harassed 911 operators in multiple phone calls, demanding that President Joe Biden be arrested and thrown in prison.

At the end of the day, the only one who ended up in handcuffs was the guy who wouldn’t quit calling the emergency line with nothing but ridiculous nonsense.

According to a rather hilarious new report from local News Channel 8 Jacob Philbeck, a 29-year-old man from Palm Harbor, Florida, was arrested recently after he made numerous calls to 911 dispatchers, demanding, “El Chapp needed to be freed from prison and President Biden needed to be placed into prison,” per an arrest report obtained by the outlet.

The report notes that dispatchers told Philbeck multiple times that his claims and demands were not considered an emergency, and he needed to stop calling 911 unless he was experiencing a legitimate emergency.

But nevertheless, the Florida man proceeded to call 911 yet again, and spoke with a dispatcher about the “exact same issue,” according to Philbeck’s arrest report.

It was at that point that officers were dispatched to the relentless caller’s Palm Harbor, Florida, home where authorities confronted Philbeck and demanded to know why he repeatedly called 911 when he was not in an emergency situation and was told by dispatchers multiple times not to call back unless he had a genuine emergency.

The arrest documents reveal that the Florida man simply doubled down with the deputies, declaring once again, “El Chapo needed to be freed” and “President Biden needed to be placed in prison.”

Ultimately, President Joe Biden was likely none the wiser on the man’s unhinged demands, however, Philbeck himself ended up getting arrested for misuse of the wireless 911 system to report a non-emergency and noncriminal matter.

Deputies noted that Philbeck called 911 approximately 3 separate times within the span of one hour, all with the same non-emergency demands about El Chapo and the President.

Arrest documents indicated that alcohol may have been involved in the incident and Philbeck’s bond was set at $150.
