Early this morning, Donald Trumpโs infamous former personal attorney and self-described โfixerโ Michael Cohen made an appearance on MSNBCโs โThe Katie Phang Showโ where he discussed his impending interview with investigators in the Manhattan District Attorneyโs office thatโs set to take place this coming week. During the appearance, the host questioned the former close Trump confidant about his thoughts on the scandal-ridden former presidentโs mental state, as he faces down a variety of potential criminal charges from multiple directions.
In Cohenโs opinion, Donald Trump is thoroughly breaking down behind closed doors.
Cohen was quick to note that he believes the Manhattan DA currently possesses enough evidence against Donald Trump to pull the corrupt ex-president back into brutal court proceedings, as he believes the investigation is showing clear signs of gaining intense steam in recent weeks.
This led Phang to beg the question of Donald Trumpโs mental state as he faces increased scrutiny and legal peril from not just the Manhattan DAโs investigation, but from multiple entities across the board that are steamrolling their investigations into the former presidentโs corruption and alleged crimes.

โLetโs not forget that thereโs yet another probe, the special counselโs investigation also appears to be ramping up,โ Phang noted in this morningโs interview. โSpecial counsel Jack Smith subpoenaed Mike Pence and former National Security Advisor Robert OโBrien over Trumpโs handling of classified documents and his efforts overturn the 2020 election.โ
โI always ask you this question, but I donโt think itโs ever stale because you do know Donald Trump very well, intimately well, in terms of the way his brain thinks,โ she stated, โIs Trump finally at that point where heโs hitting the panic button?โ
Cohen did not mince his words in his response. โI think he hit the panic button a while ago. However, what heโs very good at is hiding it,โ the former Trump attorney answered with a clear smirk. โSo anybody thatโs in the room with him would be able to attest to things that I had seen in the past, which is Donald is really losing it.โ
โBut, in front of the camera, he is calm, cool, and collected, because heโs a sociopath. Period, end of story,โ Cohen was quick to add. โI will tell you one thing while watching the show, before I came on, you had [reporter] Michael Allen on and, let me tell you, the real true danger to our national security are not these floating balloons that are out there. Itโs now, as you earlier reported, the fact that they copied these classified documents, and they were sitting on a computer.โ
โThis is what I had said on your show, how many months back?โ Cohen asked before adding, โThat we need to go back and we need to check every single place that Donald Trump has been since leaving office, and then we have to figure out who was with him. Because, if you really are concerned about national security, donโt worry about a weather balloon. Donโt worry about what information that theyโre seeing, through this; they already have people on the ground and weโve been spying on China, and Chinaโs been spying on America. How about top-secret documentation thatโs in the hands of Donald Trump? Thatโs the clear and present danger to Americaโs national security.โ
