Iran’s top military spokesman just turned the tables on Donald Trump with a single English sentence that cut deep.
“Hey Trump, you are fired! Thank you for your attention to this matter.”
IRGC spokesman Zolfaghari trolls Trump in English:

Zolfaghari spoke as the representative of Iran’s Khatam al‑Anbiya Central Headquarters, the command closely tied to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, which directs the country’s most sensitive military and security operations.

America is looking weak and pathetic now thanks to Trump and Netanyahu.
Trump has 2 options:
1. Start a ground invasion
2. Lose American status as a global Superpower.— DennisAQ (@AqDennis35221) March 22, 2026
Love it!

Zolfaghari knew exactly what he was doing. “You’re fired!” made Trump famous on The Apprentice, and he often ends his Truth Social posts with, “Thank you for your attention to this matter.” By flipping Trump’s own words back at him, the Iranian spokesman landed the jab without shouting, waving a flag, or raising his voice. A calm smile made it sting even more.
The U.S. and Iran are already deep in conflict. Trump returned to the White House promising toughness on Tehran, talking about new sanctions and stronger support for Israel. Republicans cheer these moves, calling them smart leadership. But Iran’s latest response shows the limits of Trump’s approach, words and threats alone do not decide the outcome on the battlefield.
History is clear.
In 2018, Trump pulled the U.S. out of the 2015 nuclear deal that limited Iran’s nuclear program. He launched a “maximum pressure” campaign with heavy sanctions and in 2020 ordered a drone strike that killed Iranian General Qasem Soleimani. Now Trump faces the same country, only more experienced and less willing to compromise.
