Rumors about cosmetic work have followed this family for years, and now it’s Jared Kushner’s face under the microscope.
His wife carried that reputation first, and for a long stretch, she carried it alone. Surgeons unaffiliated with the family have pegged Ivanka Trump’s total cosmetic spending north of $400,000 over time. Her look grew distinct enough to spawn its own trend among plastic surgery patients, nicknamed the “Mar-a-Lago face” by people in the industry chasing her high cheekbones and narrow, upturned nose.
Dr. Anthony Youn, a surgeon with no ties to the family, has tracked the shift across old photos, noting at one point that “she has a bump on the top of her nose” that looks different from her younger years.
This weekend, it was her husband’s turn.
Kushner, 45, appeared publicly to discuss the Russia-Ukraine conflict, and viewers zeroed in almost instantly on how little his face moved throughout the segment.
Jared Kushner on Ukraine:
President Putin’s laid out his line of what he wants to achieve.
If Ukraine, you know, wanted to withdraw to that line, then obviously, you know, we have the rest of the deal set up and put together.
Ukraine right now does not want to do that. https://t.co/keCHTLCRlv

@AveryBa68752542 His face looks frozen. Like a mask.
Looks like he’s had work done, along with Botox and fillers. Creepy AF!— Robyn J Leader 🇺🇦🌻 (@RobynJLeader) September 15, 2026
@hissgoescobra Botox. Tons of it. His face doesn’t move. He is plastic. And we’re supposed to take him seriously as an unelected “special envoy” who negotiates about war??

@JohnJHarwood It’s eerie watching him talk – so much Botox that the only thing moving on his face are his lips and the occasional blinking of his eyes.

@Maks_NAFO_FELLA He’s had so much botox/plastic surgery, watching him talk is certainly uncanny valley territory. His upper lip is so stiff it looks like someone has a knife to his taint and he’s holding his breath. I can’t believe he’s representing my country in peace talks. Absolutely absurd.

kushner speaks like he has a flail up his ass—why does he always look in pain/concerned…his face doesn’t move either…

Nothing about a procedure has been confirmed, of course, which never stops the internet from theorizing anyway.
Celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Gary Motykie, who has no history treating the Trump family, told RadarOnline he suspects something more modest than a full facelift. He pointed to routine Botox paired with fillers in the cheeks and lips, estimating the annual upkeep at around $5,000, a number that sounds reasonable right up until you picture the receipts.
Analysts have since built out a whole checklist of their own. Minimal expression lines, brows that stay permanently arched, cheeks that look unusually static when he talks, each detail keeps getting cited as a textbook sign of regular Botox and filler work.
There’s a real wrinkle worth adding before anyone jumps to conclusions, too. Kushner disclosed in his memoir that he underwent surgery in 2019 to remove a substantial part of his thyroid after a cancer diagnosis caught early. “Luckily, the impact was minimal,” he wrote of the procedure at the time.
