Someone had to say it...

Since leaving her position as the beloved Biden-era press secretary, we haven’t seen a whole lot of the fiery Jen Psaki in the media cycle as of late. It seems Jen has been taking the time she so deeply deserved to spend with her family and loved ones, away from the cruel Right-wing media and the hustle and bustle of the daily news.

However, the former Biden press secretary, who is reportedly soon to take a spot as an MSNBC host, has made a sort of reemergence onto the political media scene in recent weeks, and with that, she’s brought multiple bombshells to the table — including her revelation from an inside DOJ source who she says told her that Biden Administration Attorney General Merrick Garland is “a quiet storm,” building a damning case against the ex-president, the insurrectionists, and others, with regard to the infamous, deadly attack on the Capitol on January 6th, 2021.

Recently, the soon-to-be MSNBC host made an appearance on Morning Joe, where they discussed the recent release of multiple, damning testimony transcripts by the January 6th House Select Committee, as they released their final report, issued multiple criminal referrals against Donald Trump and other key players in the deadly insurrection, and bring their investigation to a final close as Republican leadership prepares to move in in the new year.

Following the release of this damning info, Jen publicly took aim at the corrupt former president and the multiple, crucial witness who shamelessly invoked their Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination — including notable names like Roger Stone, John Eastman, and Michael Flynn — during their under-oath testimonies before the January 6th House Select Committee.

The 5th Amendment was invoked by some of Trump’s closest cronies at multiple points during their sworn testimonies, in response to a variety of questions posed to them by House investigators, including but not limited to questions about their age, where they live, and whether or not they planned to utilize their right to remain silent throughout the remainder of the questions posed against them.

Host Joe Scarborough noted that the testimony transcripts don’t create a good look for former President Trump “or his band of insurrectionists,” prompting Psaki to say that the ex-president must have been “so disgusted” by the damning transcripts that were released by the J6 Committee.

“Look, I think reading through these transcripts, what was more interesting probably than the answers ― which was a lot of versions of the pleading the Fifth ― but were the questions and when they pleaded the Fifth,” Psaki stated.

The former Biden press secretary went on to note that many of the witnesses were directly questioned about the rule of law and whether or not it should be revered and respected in this country — they pleaded the 5th to this question.

“So there’s a lot to unpack here,” Psaki went on to note. “But the questions and the refusal to answer ― not just basic information, but information about who we are as a country ― is also quite telling, in terms of who these characters are whose transcripts were released last night.”
