Karoline Leavitt Caught In The Wild As A ‘Secret’ Bad Bunny Fan

The irony is epic

Bad Bunny lit up the Super Bowl 2026 halftime show, blasting hit after hit with flashy visuals that had the crowd going wild. Celebs danced along and the energy was clearly off the charts.

But the aftermath has created a tricky situation for one White House official.

Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt has criticized Bad Bunny for months. She slammed him after his 2026 Grammys speech, where he spoke out against ICE, calling him out of touch and unfair to law enforcement.

Then social media users noticed something unexpected.

Leavitt’s 2025 year-end Instagram recap included Bad Bunny’s song “DtMF” as the soundtrack. The reel showed her highlights from the year and thanked supporters. She captioned it:

“Thank you JESUS for all of these blessings and for all those you already have in store for 2026. 🙌.”

Fans quickly spotted the contradiction.

“Bad bunny playing for the recap is the funniest s–t I’ve seen so far this year,” one wrote. “She lowkey loves him like the rest of us 🤣.”

Another added: “Not her using bad bunny on her stuff 😂😂😂😂.”

And someone else said: “I thought bad bunny’s music is not for Americans.”

And another comment drove the point home:

“Don’t let Karoline Leavitt fool you, she’s a secret Bad Bunny fan even though she dissed him for Super Bowl performance”

Leavitt has defended her position at a press event, saying:

“I think it’s very ironic and frankly sad to see celebrities who live in gated communities with private security, with millions of dollars to spend protecting themselves, trying to just demonize again, law enforcement, public servants who work for the United States government to enforce our nation’s laws.”

Even so, the Instagram reel made her stance look shaky.

Leavitt is not alone. President Donald Trump also criticized Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl show, calling it “absolutely terrible” and a threat to American values. Yet reports show Trump later watched the halftime show at his Florida golf club, something critics mocked online.

The halftime stage remains one of the biggest cultural platforms. Bad Bunny’s show celebrated Latin culture, featured songs in Spanish, and included stars like Lady Gaga and Ricky Martin.
