Highly controversial Colorado Republican House Rep. Lauren Boebert found herself buried in furious and well-deserved backlash recently, sparked by deeply disturbing remarks she made when addressing a church audience, telling the crowd that she regularly prays that President Joe Biden’s “days be few and another take his office.”

The clip of Lauren’s disturbing church speech quickly went viral across social media, first being shared by the popular Twitter account Patriot Takes, and it appears to show the controversial congresswoman delivering a religious sermon to a church audience, fueled by political vitriol and hate-filled attacks against her political foes.

The sermon reportedly took place at a conference at the Storehouse Dallas Church, with Boebert bellowing to the crowd, “God said that he was the provider. I know that Jesus said that he, that we would be blessed. But I just don’t know about this month.”

“And Jesus is right there at the table with you. Saying, what kind of conversation is this? Why are you talking like this? And why are you sad? Jesus, don’t you know we’re out of money? Covid’s hit. They shut everything down. Joe Biden’s president.”

It actually gets worse, though, believe it or not.

“We don’t know what to do, Lord. That’s all right,” Lauren continued. “We pray for our presidents.”

Lauren’s blowhard speech finally wrapped up as she declared, “You know, it says, ‘Let his days be few and another take his office.’ That’s why I filed the articles of impeachment for Joe Biden. Unfortunately, he does have a really great insurance policy named Kamala Harris.”

The Patriot Takes Twitter account noted in their thread of the clip that Congresswoman Boebert was quoting Psalm 109:8 in her makeshift sermon, which they say is “clearly about praying for the death of an enemy in office,” as the Bible verse in question further reads, “Let his children be fatherless, and his wife a widow.”

It is worth noting here, though, that Boebert clearly referenced Biden’s impeachment from the presidency in her speech.

Whatever specific intent Laren Boebert did or did not have with her remarks here, it’s far from the first time she’s made them. Back in June 2022, the Right-wing Congresswoman made almost identical remarks during a rowdy speech at the Family Camp Meeting at Charis Christian Center in Colorado Springs.

The backlash that ensued from Lauren’s sermon frankly came as no surprise to pretty much anyone:

Clearly, class is a thing of the past among the Right-wing of the American government.
