In the last two years, Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) has won the closest House race in the country, gotten divorced, participated in a successful coup against the House Speaker, switched districts, gotten into multiple fights in the House with Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, was kicked out of a Denver theater, and earned easy re-election in her new district. Boebert was elected to represent Colorado’s 4th Congressional District, defeating Democrat Trisha Calvarese; until now, she represented Colorado’s 3rd.

And now, she’s on Cameo.

Cameo is a social media site in which users can pay famous people to record messages of their choosing. Rep. Matt Gaetz, shortly after withdrawing his nomination for attorney general, joined the service, and now Boebert, his longtime ally, has joined up as well. Rep. George Santos, after his resignation, also joined Cameo, although Boebert appears to be the first sitting member of Congress to join the service.

“Hey, Cameo, it’s your girl from Colorado, Lauren Boebert,” Boebert says in her intro video. “I am so excited to be joining another platform where I can connect directly with supporters from all over the world.”

Boebert’s messages start at $250.

“Whether it’s a milestone birthday, an anniversary, or a long-awaited reunion, make it unforgettable with a one-of-a-kind Cameo video from Lauren Boebert,” the instructions on her page say. “You’ll have the chance to customize your request for Lauren Boebert, like asking them to mention inside jokes, share words of wisdom, or work in their signature catchphrases. Don’t be afraid to get creative with your request, especially for celebrations like weddings, retirements, or bachelor and bachelorette parties that call for a good laugh.

Boebert is listed as part of Cameo’s “Political Commentators” category, which also includes former Trump advisers Corey Lewandowski and Roger Stone, former Trump attorney Michael Cohen, British politician and Brexit architect Nigel Farage, former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin and former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich. There’s also a popular account called “Kamala Harris Parody.”

Last December, the New York Post reported that George Santos had earned so much from his Cameo page that he had picked up the tab for a dinner in New York City with political allies, who included Boebert and Rep. Byron Daniels (R-FL).
