Lindsey Graham Was Apparently A No-Show At His Scheduled Fulton County Court Appearance After He Was Subpoenaed To Testify In The Trump Grand Jury 2020 Fraud Case

Are you even surprised, though?

South Carolina Senator and Trump sycophant Lindsey Graham proved to the world that he’s a true-blood Republican, through and through, when he reportedly did not show up to his scheduled appearance at the Fulton County courthouse recently in connection to the Grand Jury subpoena that was recently issued against the lawmaker. The subpoena was issued as part of their ongoing investigation into whether or not Donald Trump broke Georgia state law when he called Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and all but demanded that the state official “find” enough votes to overturn Joe Biden’s 2020 presidential election win in the traditionally red southern state.

Lindsey Graham is just one of several key Trump allies that Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is looking to question in the course of her investigation — also including the likes of former Trump personal attorney Rudy Giuliani, South Carolina Republican Senator Lindsey Graham, Trump attorney John Eastman, as well as Kenneth Chesebro, Cleta Mitchell, Jenna Ellis, and Jacki Deason — into what Willis describes as “a multi-state, coordinated plan by the Trump Campaign to influence the results of the November 2020 election in Georgia and elsewhere.”

Graham’s legal team originally responded to the subpoena on the lawmaker’s behalf and essentially just spit on it, vowing to fight the call to testify tooth and nail. Eventually, the Republican senator did go on to accept the subpoena, but only under the condition of promising to continue to fight against it.

But according to reporting from CBS, Lindsey Graham was scheduled to show up for his testimony recently, but never did.

Graham’s no-show behavior comes on the heels of recent reporting regarding a new court filing from Fulton County DA Fani Willis’s office stating that Senator Graham’s “actions certainly appear interconnected with former President Trump’s similar efforts to pressure Georgia election officials into ‘finding 11,780 votes’ and to spread Georgia election fraud disinformation.”

Long story short, that means Graham was officially, personally linked to Trump’s “find the votes” scheme and pressure campaign against a Georgia state official.

I have a feeling that his noncompliance ultimately won’t serve him well.
