According to reports, members and visitors at Donald Trump’s Florida club were told they could lose their memberships after images of the president’s youngest son were taken without permission. The warning followed photos snapped by two models during the holiday celebrations.
Barron Trump, 19, was seen walking closely with his father during Christmas at Mar-a-Lago. He has largely stayed out of public view since Trump returned to the White House, keeping a low profile while reportedly focusing on school and personal projects.
The photos were taken by models Valeria Sokolova and Abla Sofy, who were guests at the club. The Daily Mail first reported that both women photographed Barron during the festivities, drawing concern inside the Trump circle.
Insiders later told gossip columnist Rob Shuter that the response from Melania Trump was immediate and serious.

“Melania made it very clear that Barron’s privacy is non-negotiable,” one source reportedly said. “Anyone caught filming or taking pictures would face immediate consequences, including potential banning from the club.”
Another source described the warning in blunt terms. “The message was clear: no cameras, no leaks,” the source said. “Private family moments stay private.”
People who attended the New Year’s Eve celebration said Barron stayed close to his father throughout the night. He reportedly kept quiet as Trump moved through the dining room, greeting guests.
“He was quiet, very reserved, wearing his usual blue suit, almost mirroring Donald,” one insider said, according to Shuter.
Barron has remained mostly out of sight since Trump began his second term. After enrolling at New York University, he was rarely seen on the Manhattan campus. His absence sparked questions about where he was living and studying.
Barron was last publicly seen with his father when Trump took office last January. During the celebration at Capital One Arena, Trump praised his youngest son and pointed to his role during the 2024 campaign.
“I have a very tall son,” Trump said as the crowd cheered. He added that Barron helped him connect with younger voters. “He knew the youth vote. We won the youth vote by 36 points. He was saying – ‘Dad, you have to go out and do this [podcast] or that one,’” Trump said. “We did a lot of them. He respects them all, he understood them very well.”
Months later, Barron was photographed in Manhattan with a more relaxed look. He wore a loose sweater, jeans, and Adidas sneakers while reportedly commuting from Trump Tower, where he lived with Melania.
In September, it emerged that Barron had moved into the White House and transferred to NYU’s Washington campus for his sophomore year. The move came as he reportedly began focusing on business ideas.
“Barron has been actively working on his own financial interests and has spent time with others who he is involved with in that area,” a source told People. “Still, he has spent a great deal of time with his family.”
Barron has also reportedly grown more interested in religion. MAGA pastor Stuart Knechtle spoke about a late-night call on The George Janko Podcast.
“I was talking on the phone with Barron Trump at 12.30 at night one night and I thought I was hitting him with everything but the kitchen sink when it came to all the evidence for God and Christianity,” Knechtle said. “I thought I was really on. I was pumped.”
He later added, “He’s very close” to embracing Christianity, saying Barron responded strongly to stories of “dreams and revelations.”
