The House of Representatives will take its first full vote related to the impeachment inquiry into “president” Donald Trump Thursday, but House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has a message for the current occupant of the White House. Pelosi said she believes there is already enough evidence that would justify moving forward with formalizing the impeachment inquiry that was launched over Trump’s controversial quid pro quo phone call with Ukraine’s president.

For the record, Trump is panic-tweeting this morning. “READ THE TRANSCRIPT!” he tweeted in all-caps, but the unedited transcript has not been released.

“When we decide if we are going to go forward, we will be ready, and we will be ironclad,” Pelosi told The Atlantic, in reference to articles of impeachment.

Trump literally admitted to a quid pro quo deal while standing on the White House lawn in front of reporters with cameras rolling. Then, chief of staff Mick Mulvaney later confirmed that in a bungled interview.

Interviewees seem to be lining up to testify, with some confirming that the order to withhold aid to Ukraine came at the direction of Donald Trump. Democrats are now moving ahead to hearings that will take place in public.

Army Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, the top Ukraine adviser at the White House, testified yesterday, saying he was disturbed by the pressure Trump had applied to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to investigate his political rival, Joe Biden.

Making matters worse for Trump, according to Vindman, after Trump ended his phone call with Ukraine’s president on July 25,  national security aide rushed to the office of White House lawyer John Eisenberg, the Washington Post reports.

Vindman told Eisenberg, the White House’s legal adviser on national security issues, that what the president did was wrong, said the people, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because of the ongoing investigation.

Scribbling notes on a yellow legal pad, Eisenberg proposed a step that other officials have said is at odds with long-standing White House protocol: moving a transcript of the call to a highly classified server and restricting access to it, according to two people familiar with Vindman’s account.”

“I do think we have enough,” Pelosi told The Atlantic. “We’ve had enough for a very long time…but as long as there is corroboration, we might as well get some more. And then we’ll see.”

She’s going to move on him like a bitch. When you’re in Congress, they let you do it.
