Late last week, we reported that former US president Donald J. Trump’s arraignment had been scheduled for Tuesday of this week, after Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, his investigators and prosecutors, and the grand jury made history following the jury’s monumental vote to indict the 45 president of the United States. This served as the first time in American history that a current or former US president has ever been charged with a crime.

Reporting indicated that the scandal-ridden, disgraced former president intends to enter a plea of not guilty to the charges lodged against him, relating to the infamous 2016, 6-figure hush money payments made to adult film star and former Trump affair partner, Stormy Daniels, just mere weeks ahead of the 2016 presidential election that Donald Trump went on to win. According to evidence acquired through the investigation, Trump ordered his then-personal attorney and self-described “fixer,” Michael Cohen, to make the $130,000 payment to Daniels in an effort to buy the porn star’s silence ahead of the election. Trump allegedly promised to reimburse the attorney for the 6 figure payment made to Daniels. Cohen has since developed into a key, star witness in the Manhattan District Attorney’s notorious hush money investigation.

Yesterday afternoon, we reported on the bombshell news that disgraced, scandal-ridden former President Donald Trump had officially departed his Mar-a-Lago golf resort turned post-White House home in Palm Beach, headed to Manhattan, New York, where he would spend the night in Trump Tower, and face his formal, historical arraignment the next day. Reports indicated that Melania did not accompany her husband to New York.

Just moments ago, we reported on the breaking news from multiple outlets, confirming that former United States President Donald J. Trump had arrived at the Manhattan courthouse, where he would face his formal arrest and arrangement.

CNN confirmed, “As soon as he’s into that building, he is technically under arrest.”

“He will be in the custody of the DA’s office investigators… He will be told he is under arrest and he is in their custody at this time.”

The ex-president was not arrested and handcuffed in the traditional sense, but was fingerprinted, booked, and processed in the same manner any defendant would stand subject to in a criminal case.

Now, as the situation continues to rapidly develop, the Daily Mail has released the first photos of Donald J. Trump inside the Manhattan courtroom, following his booking process, where he will formally hear the charges lodged against him and face his arraignment before the judge.

The former president’s legal team won their desperate plea to ban live cameras from the inside of the courtroom as Trump goes face to face before the Manhattan judge. However, cameras were allowed in the hallway of the courthouse, and reporters inside the courtroom were allowed minimal still shots.

This situation will be updated as more information becomes available.
