Missed this. Does he have an LVAD? That means end-stage heart failure. Next is usually a heart transplant.

Maybe that’s what he was getting done when we all thought he kicked the bucket that week he was MIA.

More important question; why is an old man near the end of life still such a greedy self gratifying person? Most guys in his position are looking to their legacy and their children and how to pass on their estate. Orange man just wants more, More, MORE!

Some users took it further, accusing the White House of covering things up.

I noticed that yesterday.
Either his diaper has a wide, thick waistband or he’s wearing a catheter.

Trump was diagnosed this past summer with chronic venous insufficiency (CVI), a common circulatory condition, especially among older adults. The diagnosis came after Trump noticed swelling in his lower legs, and vascular studies confirmed that his leg veins weren’t returning blood to the heart as efficiently as they should.
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt called the condition “benign” and “particularly common in individuals over the age of 70.” Importantly, doctors say they found no signs of more serious conditions like deep vein thrombosis or arterial disease. An echocardiogram reportedly showed that his “cardiac structure and function” remain in the normal range.
That’s not all.
Earlier this year, Trump got his annual physical at Walter Reed. His physician, Navy Capt. Sean Barbabella, concluded he is “fully fit to execute the duties of Commander-in-Chief.” At the time, Trump weighed 224 pounds down from 244 in a previous exam and maintained a resting heart rate of 62, which is quite good for someone his age.
Most recently, at another check-up in October 2025, his doctors called his lab results “exceptional.” They said his “cardiac age” is about 14 years younger than his actual age though what exactly that means can be more of a marketing line than a medical reality.
