Recently, we reported that former US president Donald J. Trump’s arraignment had been scheduled, after Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, his investigators and prosecutors, and the grand jury made history following the jury’s monumental vote to indict the 45 president of the United States. This served as the first time in American history that a current or former US president has ever been charged with a crime.
Prior eporting indicated that the scandal-ridden, disgraced former president intended to enter a plea of not guilty to the charges lodged against him, relating to the infamous 2016, 6-figure hush money payments made to adult film star and former Trump affair partner, Stormy Daniels, just mere weeks ahead of the 2016 presidential election that Donald Trump went on to win. According to evidence acquired through the investigation, Trump ordered his then-personal attorney and self-described “fixer,” Michael Cohen, to make the $130,000 payment to Daniels in an effort to buy the porn star’s silence ahead of the election. Trump allegedly promised to reimburse the attorney for the 6 figure payment made to Daniels. Cohen has since developed into a key, star witness in the Manhattan District Attorney’s notorious hush money investigation.
In the days since, Donald Trump appeared before a Manhattan judge, where he was officially arraigned and pleaded not guilty to 34 charges related to the infamous hush money case.
As the situation broke, we reported on the bombshell news that disgraced, scandal-ridden former President Donald Trump had officially departed his Mar-a-Lago golf resort turned post-White House home in Palm Beach, headed to Manhattan, New York, where he would spend the night in Trump Tower, and face his formal, historical arraignment the next day. Reports indicated that Melania did not accompany her husband to New York.
Trump and his team have desperately attempted to act as though they were not actually all that worried about the unprecedented legal proceedings that were soon to go down against a former US president. But Donald’s own face has told a much different story.

Media outlets across the country quickly gathered in Manhattan to capture footage of those monumental moments, as a former US president faced unprecedented legal proceedings, never before seen in the history of the United States. As such, multiple publications were able to catch the former president on video as well as still images, as he made his way into the Trump Tower the day before his historical arraignment.
Suffice it to say, despite his little wave to his tens of supporters gathered outside his property, it did not look as though Trump was handling it well:
Popular Twitter user and former federal prosecutor Ron Filipkowski took to social media with a still image of the disgraced former president, captioning the image, “Mango Mussolini arrives at Trump Tower.”

Americans were quick to take to the comments with their thoughts on the former president’s rather grim, desolate appearance, as he faced his formal arraignment:
Looks like he hasn’t slept for days

He’s upset because there wasn’t a huge crowd to greet him or not a huge crowd to see him off and from Florida! I for one enjoyed the hell out of it!
