That's a huge profit.

Donald Trump Jr and his ‘the best is yet to come’ girlfriend Kimberley Guilfoyle turned a hefty profit of $3.6 million from the sale of their Hamptons mansion after purchasing the home for $4.495 million in 2019. According to the Daily Mail, the sprawling home was sold to an undisclosed buyer for $8.14 million. Admittedly, I don’t know much about real estate, but that’s a huge profit in flipping a house after just two years. What I do know, though, is that everything with this family comes under scrutiny for obvious reasons.

The sale of the Hamptons home was not publicly listed so it would sell quickly, the outlet notes, adding that it’s not clear who purchased the property. And that’s kind of odd since listing the home on the real estate sites typically prompts a sale more quickly.

“The 9,200-square-foot, seven-bedroom mansion, set on 3.9 acres, boasts a heated gunite pool and spa, a waterfall, and is within walking distance of both the local beach, restaurants, and high-end shops in the village,” the Daily Mail reports.

Don Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle have reportedly been house hunting in Jupiter, 80 miles from Miami, where Ivanka has set up home with her husband and their three children, the report states.

Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner fled to Florida following Donald Trump’s humiliating defeat in the presidential election to Joe Biden in both the electoral and popular vote. The couple now resides in Miami’s exclusive “Billionaire’s Bunker” enclave. But, they’re not exactly welcomed there by some of their new neighbors.

“The Indian Creek Country Club members are very picky and the word is that Javanka need not apply,” a source said before suggesting that “Jared and Ivanka can lunch with their fellow ‘patriots’ at Mar-a-Lago.”

Donald Trump and his adult children are facing multiple legal battles. Interestingly, the Trump family has so much support from the former president’s followers, who have repeatedly lashed out at “elitists.” Meanwhile, Donald J. Trump and his adult children are elitists. Maybe, just maybe, Don Jr. and his girlfriend didn’t list the home on real estate sites because Trump’s name is so toxic. Who knows.
