Business Insider is now out with new reporting on a lawsuit filed this week in Middlesex County, New Jersey, revealing that an attorney who represents ex-President Donald Trump has been accused by a former employee of participating in “racist” office behavior, including allegations that she shouted, “I hate that Black bitch!” in regard to New York Attorney General Letitia James after losing a court case.
According to the attorney behind the bombshell lawsuit lodged against Alina Habba, the New Jersey-based lawyer is also on tape dropping the “N” word numerous times while enthusiastically rapping along to gangsta rap recordings that she allegedly regularly blasted through her Bedminster law offices.

The audio tapes — duets, apparently, which also feature Habba’s law partner Michael Madaio rapping along — may become public as part of her client’s new lawsuit, said Jaqueline Tillmann, the Princeton lawyer repping former Habba employee Na’Syia Drayton.”

Tillmann told the publication yesterday, “We are contemplating amending the complaint and adding one or two of the recordings as exhibits.”
According to reporting, Habba’s horrifyingly racist “Black bitch” remarks about Letitia James amid her representation of the ex-president in contentious, high-stakes litigation pertaining to the New York Attorney General’s ongoing investigation into Donald Trump’s family company, the Trump Organization.
Insider reports, “Habba identifies as Arab American; law partner Madaio is white; their firm, Habba Madaio & Associates, is based in the same wealthy Jersey town as the Trump National Golf Club. The AG is Black, as is the former Habba employee who is bringing the lawsuit, Drayton, 27, of Fords, New Jersey.”
In her lawsuit against Habba, Drayton says that she was racially harassed and discriminated against. As such, she is seeking unspecified back pay, lost future wages, and other financial damages.
