Republican Princesses Marjorie Taylor Greene And Lauren Boebert Have Publicly Turned On Each Other And It Got Very Nasty, Very Quickly

The drama is getting intense.

If ever there were two Republican stooges who seemed as though they would be two peas in a pod, the peanut butter to the other’s jelly, it would be GOP House Reps Marjorie Taylor Greene and Lauren Boebert.

Congresswomen Greene and Boebert, respectively representing their districts in Georgia and Colorado, are two of the most prominent names to come to mind when one thinks “QAnon nutcase.” Their similarities are almost a bit creepy at this point, as the pair seems to take talking points and policies out of a collectively shared playbook. Think Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants except for ultra Right-wing extremism conspiracy theorists.

But it seems even the GOP princesses couldn’t play nice forever.

If you haven’t noticed lately, Reps Greene and Boebert appear to be on the outs these days — funnily enough over something as stupid as Greene’s support for Republican Kevin McCarthy as the next Speaker of the House following the GOP’s razor-thin House win in the recent midterm elections — and as their little feud carries on, it seems to be growing more and more dramatic and public.

Both Greene and Boebert were elected to Congress in 2020 and were successful in securing their re-elections in this year’s midterm race. So when it comes to tenure, clout, or experience, neither of the two really has the upper hand. But that hasn’t seemed to staunch the pair from going at each other’s throats over Kevin McCarthy, of all things.

Recently, Boebert made an appearance at a Turning Point USA event with Florida Republican House Rep. Matt Gaetz, where they spoke to Charlie Kirk about Greene’s torch for McCarthy.

“Someone who we all respect – Marjorie Taylor Greene – says Kevin McCarthy is gonna be a great speaker,” Kirk opened the discussion.

Gaetz, who has done many an event and public appearance with Greene, seemed to try to skirt around the topic, responding, “I guess you’ll have to ask Marjorie about that. I’m a fan of hers, I’m an admirer, but it’s not something we see the same on.”

Boebert, on the other hand, wasn’t so demure or diplomatic in her response to the topic.

“I’ve been aligned with Marjorie and accused of believing a lot of the things that she believes in,” Lauren said. “I don’t believe in this, just like I don’t believe in Russian space lasers, Jewish space lasers, and all of this,” appearing to throw Greene and many of her most notable and off-the-wall conspiracies straight under the bus without a second thought.

Greene was not a happy camper after she caught wind of Lauren’s public comments and took to her Twitter in response, with a video of Boebert’s remarks, and took a hilarious potshot at the Colorado House Rep’s extremely narrow midterm victory:

I’ve supported and donated to Lauren Boebert. President Trump has supported and donated to Lauren Boebert. Kevin McCarthy has supported and donated to Lauren Boebert. She just barely came through by 500 votes.

She gladly takes our $$$ but when she’s been asked:

Lauren refuses to endorse President Trump, she refuses to support Kevin McCarthy, and she childishly threw me under the bus for a cheap sound bite.

The country is facing extremely difficult times. Americans expect conservative fighters like us to work together to Save America and that is the only mission I’m 100% devoted to, not high school drama and media sound bites.

Save America!
Defeat the Democrats!”

There’s nothing like a little Republican infighting in the morning to really get your day going.
