According to bombshell and frankly disturbing reporting from the Daily Beast, Trump confidante and former personal attorney Rudy Giuliani has (unsurprisingly) been slammed with a sexual harassment lawsuit by a New York woman who claims to have once had a romantic relationship with the ex-NYC mayor.
Noelle Dunphy is suing the scandal-ridden Trump jockey over alleged sexual harassment that she claims took place when she was working under highly toxic conditions at Giuliani’s company. In her lawsuit, Dunphy claims that Rudy fired her from her position last year and then threatened her with his ties to and personal relationship with former President Donald Trump to keep her quiet.
In a summons filed this week in the New York Supreme Court, Dunphy writes, “Rudolph W. Giuliani, the former US Attorney, once hailed as ‘America’s Mayor,’ is a sexist sexual predator and abuser.”
Giuliani’s attorney has, of course, already spoken out to say that MAGA devout former mayor “categorically denies all of the allegations of this frivolous complaint.” However, the attorney did not speak on whether or not Rudy was engaged in any sort of romantic relationship with his accuser, at any point.

Dunphy writes in the summons that she was retained for “business development work and other work” by Rudy and his companies back in January of 2019. The 43-year-old goes on to accuse Rudy of frequently engaging in racist and antisemitic remarks that often took place in the throes of “confused and hostile alcohol-laced tirades.” Rudy has long been known for a severe drinking problem, which Dunphy says was seriously exacerbated by his divorce from his wife, as well as mounting legal and political allegations, controversies, and overall trouble surrounding the former Trump attorney.
According to Noelle, Giuliani regularly “sexually harassed” her and blatantly demanded sexual favors from her throughout the course of her employment with him, up until she was unceremoniously terminated from her position in 2021, without substantial compensation. She goes on to further alleged that Rudy vehemently demanded her silence with regard to her association with him.
Dunphy, who is representing herself in this case, is seeking a jury trial, as well as $3.1 million in compensatory damages through the NY Supreme Court summons. The Daily Best notes that this summons is just the first leg of “the civil action against Giuliani, several of his businesses, and 10 John and Jane Does.”
While her lawsuit did not make specific reference to a romantic relationship between herself and Giuliani, Noelle reportedly confirmed as much in text messages exchanged with the Daily Beast, in which she wrote, “It began with Rudy as my boss and lawyer and later turned romantic,” before later going on to echo the sentiments of her lawsuit when she referred to the ex-NYC mayor as a “manipulative abuser.”
“Seeking justice against a powerful man is terrifying. Even many lawyers are intimidated by Rudy, and by the idea of taking him on,” Dunphy wrote. “I can’t be silent any longer.”
Rudy’s attorney has denied that Dunphy ever “worked for any Giuliani entity.”
