The nerve of this guy.

Joe Biden and John McCain were colleagues and friends, their friendship dating back to the 1970s, but somehow, Sen. Lindsey Graham’s close relationship with the late Senator disintegrated as if it never happened. That happened, of course, when Donald J. Trump won the White House. Trump, who occasionally re-airs his grievances with the late Arizona Republican, was given a pass by Graham every single time. Speaking to Ben Domenech — Megyn McCain’s husband — on Fox News, Graham finally brought up the late Senator.

“Your father-in-law is rolling over in his grave now,” Graham told Domenech. “The America John McCain fought for and was willing to die for is changing in front of us. I like what Trump did. He stood up to the Chinese.”

Twitter users pounced:

The audacity of Graham invoking McCain’s memory to the late Senator’s son-in-law is staggering. I hope Ben Domenech was comfortable sleeping on the couch since he didn’t confront Graham after bringing up John McCain. What an absolute douche.
