Fulton Country District Attorney Fani Willis’ questionable personal life is about to categorically destroy her entire election fraud case against former President Donald Trump, according to an MSNBC legal analyst.
Fani Willis has come under fire in recent weeks regarding an alleged personal, romantic relationship between Willis and Nathan Wade, a fellow attorney and colleague with connections to the Georgia Trump election case.
The district attorney is currently in the midst of a misconduct hearing to determine whether or not she can remain on the sprawling felony case against the scandal-plagued former president.
The situation was frankly bad enough for Willis as it was. However, shocking new testimony from one of Fani’s personal friends spells “game over for her,” according to legal analyst Caroline Polisi.

Polisi, who regularly contributes on CNN and MSNBC appeared on an MSNBC segment this morning where she flatly stated that Willis appears to have been caught red-handed in a lie to the courts and it could destroy everything the DA has been working towards.
“Don’t let the legalese fool you,” Polisi stated. “This is epic. This is monumental. If things are going in the direction we think, Fani Willis lied to the court, it’s game over for her. She will be disqualified. If they had a relationship prior to when they represented truth to the court, it’s a huge deal. I can’t overstate.”
Polisi gave an expanded statement to Mediaite, in which she explained: “Willis will be disqualified, which means her entire office is disqualified, which means the case will have to be re-assigned and languish with the PAC of Georgia, effectively killing the case. Her credibility is completely shot.”
