Others said the crowd sounded too perfect for such a quiet scene. Many also remembered that Trump’s crowd at the parade looked very small.

It didn’t take long for the video to go viral on social media. One user joked, “I guess they had to help him out. The entire day was a fiasco. Too embarrassing.”

Another asked, “Where is the reverb coming from?”

No need to be a sound engineer (although I dabble)
It’s Trump, the place was empty, in an outside venue. Where is the reverb coming from?

On TikTok, someone posted the clip and added, “Couldn’t even cut the “cheering” off to make it sound realistic.”

People laughed at how badly it was edited. Others called it desperate.

As more people noticed, the jokes piled in.

“Fake hair, fake tan, fake teeth, fake news, fake marriage… everything about the festering boil named Donald Trump is fake,” one user said.

On X, users accused Fox News of “sweetening the crowd.” A widely shared comment read, “If you need anymore motivation in learning how deceptive Fox News is in fluffing Trump, this phony applause track they added to Trump’s dismal ‘perade’ tells you all you need to know.”

Below are more reactions from users on X:

The parade itself had already been mocked. Trump had called it a celebration of the U.S. Army’s 250th birthday. But it also happened on his birthday. The timing made it look more like a personal event. It featured tanks, soldiers, and a flag ceremony — but not many people attended.

Earlier that day, Trump posted online, writing, “OUR GREAT MILITARY PARADE IS ON.” He misspelled “parade,” and people quickly pointed it out.

For a president who wants everything to look perfect, this one missed the mark.
