Donald Trump is about to be forced to go toe-to-toe with Kamala Harris and the Republican Party as a whole is not handling that news well… At all.
Over the weekend, President Joe Biden formally announced that he will not be running for re-election in November. Instead, he has stepped down, withdrawn from the race, and will focus on the remainder of his presidency while passing the baton on to his current vice president, Kamala Harris.
While the Democratic National Convention is still a few weeks away and nothing has yet been firmly set in stone, Biden was quick to throw his formal endorsement behind Harris as his replacement candidate for the 2024 Democratic presidential nominee.
Harris has since raked in record-breaking fundraising and has already been widely accepted among the party as the new nominee to face off with Donald Trump in November.

Trump himself has already gone off the deep end with no sign of impending return in an onslaught of unhinged social media posts through the nights and into the mornings, railing against the current VP and presumptive 2024 Democratic nominee.
Fox News is all worked up into a tizzy and Right-wingers couldn’t start throwing nasty, misogynistic slurs at her fast enough.
But at the end of the day, it seems the GOP knows full well that no amount of name-calling is going to bring Kamala Harris to heel, so one Republican House Rep. is already pulling out the big guns.
Politico’s congressional reporter, Olivia Beavers, broke reporting this afternoon confirming that Tennessee’s far-Right Republican House Rep. Andy Ogles has now formally introduced articles of impeachment against Vice President Kamala Harris for “high crimes and misdemeanors.”

Beavers noted in a follow-up post that this is not the first time Ogles has done this, as he introduced similar articles of impeachment against Harris back in 2023. It seems that the Republican congressman has simply updated his original documents and added a few recent events:

It’s certainly crystal clear at this point that the Right-wing desperation and fear are already spiraling out of control.
