People are doing a double take at a 2018 throwback of Karoline Leavitt, saying she looks like a completely different person.

In the old photo, Karoline is at a soccer game with a friend. She wears a T-shirt and ripped jeans. Her face looks natural and young.

Now, her lips are fuller, and some fans think she may have had Botox or a nose job. Karoline has not confirmed any surgery yet.

The “MAGA makeover” is a style seen with women like Laura Loomer, Kristi Noem, Lara Trump, Pam Bondi, and Kimberly Guilfoyle. It usually means bold makeup, polished hair, and more grown-up outfits. Karoline has adopted this style too. Some say she now dresses like a “Stepford Wife,” matching the look of conservative Christian women who support Donald Trump.

Karoline has shared parts of her transformation herself. In 2022, while running for Congress, she posted a “before-and-after” video showing how professional makeup artist Sarah Alicea helped her get ready for election night. Alicea also did her makeup for Karoline’s wedding in January 2025.

She made history in November 2024 as the youngest White House Press Secretary at 27. But her changing look has drawn almost as much attention as her job.

A side-by-side picture comparing Karoline in 2018 to now has been making the rounds since August.

Many say she looked better back then, pointing out her nose and other changes.
