Tiffany Trump, daughter of President Donald Trump and Marla Maples, recently shared photos from her brother Donald Trump Jr.’s wedding. She attended the beach ceremony with Bettina Anderson in the Bahamas and posted images showing her outfit and the joyful setting.

However, plenty of viewers soon found themselves drawn to the noticeable shifts in her facial features.

Tiffany has drawn growing notice for her evolving look in recent years. Interest picked up noticeably in 2025 after vacation photos circulated. The wedding images brought fresh observations about her smooth skin, plump lips, and glamorous makeup that echo styles favored in her social circle.

Shifting from these public reactions to a professional view helps clarify the discussion. Board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Raja Mohan from Dallas, Texas, reviewed older and newer photos of her.

“When you look at how Tiffany Trump’s face has changed over time, it is clear that her features look sharper and more shaped now. This matches the popular trends we see in cosmetic surgery today,” he explained.

Dr. Mohan continued by comparing timelines in the photos. “In her older pictures, Tiffany had a softer look with a rounder face and a less noticeable jawline. But by 2020, and especially by 2024, her nose looks much thinner and more pointed. This looks like the result of a very well-done nose job.”

He emphasized the quality of the work. “The work looks very neat and balances well with the rest of her face. It shows that her doctor cared about making everything look natural instead of making a huge, shocking change.”

Discussing her current look, Dr. Mohan added, “Tiffany’s current appearance reflects subtle, layered work. Her mid-face and jawline contour have also evolved. The cheeks appear slightly elevated and more structured, which can be achieved through conservative cheek filler or fat grafting.”
