Trump Appears To Be Spiraling Before Our Very Eyes As He Sends Out Late-Night Post About His Health After Disastrous Town Hall

Donald Trump followed his on-stage meltdown with another one, online.

Even by Trump standards, Monday night was a very strange night.

Three weeks before Election Day, the former president and Republican nominee for president appeared at a town hall in Pennsylvania. The event was cut short after a half hour when two people in the crowd suffered medical emergencies. Then, Trump remained on stage for another 30 minutes, swaying and dancing to a succession of several of his playlist songs.

Later that night, Trump had another meltdown, this time online.

In a series of Truth Social posts at around 1 a.m. local time, the former president seized on Kamala Harris’ demand earlier in the week, that Trump release his medical records. Trump stated that he has “put out more Medical Exams than any other President in History, and aced two Cognitive Exams,” and proclaimed himself “far healthier than Clinton, Bush, Obama, Biden, but especially, Kamala.”

In the next post, Trump seized on Harris’ “urticaria,” as well as “allergic rhinitis and allergic conjunctivitis,” which he described, somewhat falsely, as “deeply serious conditions that clearly impact her functioning.”

None of those, in fact, are “deeply serious conditions,” although these harken back to the 2016-era conspiracy theory that Hillary Clinton was hiding a major illness.

Tuesday morning, Trump sought to counteract the idea that he was ducking 60 Minutes, stating that “I’ve done 60 Minutes many times, even back in the good ol’ days when Journalism was respected and legit.”

Harris adviser Ian Sams noted in a Fox News appearance this week that Trump has not given an interview to the mainstream media in more than a month. For months the narrative was that it was Harris who was ducking the mainstream media, but she has since sat with 60 Minutes and The View and other shows, and will appear on Fox News for an interview with Bret Baier on Wednesday.
